Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
3rd day of January 19 77 . The following members were
present: Mayor H de. C,Qy�ilmen Bunt. Neil_S and Seibold

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-32
APPROVING 1977 SALARY PLANS
WHEREAS, this Council has previously adopted a salary administration program
for employees of the City not represented by organized collective bargaining
agencies, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with those policies, the City Manager has provided this
Council with a report dated December 30, 1976 in which he has recommended the
adoption of the salary adjustment guide chart for 1977 and four salary plans
consistent with the salary administration program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the 1977 salary adjustment guide chart as submitted
by the City Manager be and the same is hereby approved, effective January 1,
1977.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the office, professional -technical, environmental -
park maintenance and administrative -management salary plans as submitted by
the City Manager in his report dated December 30, 1976 be and the same are
hereby approved, effective January 1, 1977.
The moticn for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils
