Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was Held on the
3rd day of January , 1977 . The following members were
present: _ Mayor Hi e, Councilign Hum Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were sent: None
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-29
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAN FOR CENTRAL PARK IN DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed the
Preliminary Plan for Central Park in Downtown Plymouth as presented by
the planners, Wehrman, Chapman and Associates, Inc., and dated December
22, 1976, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission recommends adoption
of the Preliminary Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve and adopt the
Preliminary Plan, dated December 22, 1976, as presented by Wehrman, Chapman
and Associates, Inc. for Central Park in Downtown Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in avor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Vold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
