Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
3rd day of January , 19 77 . The following members were

itsadoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-27
SURETY AND BLANKET BONDS FOR CITY EMPLOYEES - 1977
WHEREAS, surety bonds for certain City employees and a general bond covering
all City employees are necessary to be taken out for 1977,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the surety bonds covering the integrity and honest performance
of duties by the following named employees in the amounts set forth are hereby
ratified and confirmed for the year 1977:
Finance Director . . . . . . . . . . $50,000
Assessor . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 500
City Manager . . . . . . . . . . . . 50,000
City Clerk . . . . 500
General Bond Covering All City
Employees . . . . . . . . . . . . 5,000
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Ne 1 and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol o•,ang vote Navor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
