Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Wmesota was held on the
3rd day of January , 19 77 . 1he following members were
10 present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. Neils. Seibold and Saaeth

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 23
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 19
PROJECT NO. 302 WATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 19 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment
No. 19 to Berglund -Johnson, Inc. in the amount of $74,702.20 for Project No. 302,
Water Treatment Plant.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Counci man Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in avorr thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass& and adopted.
