Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
3rd day of January , 19 77, The following members were
present:

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its a ion:
RESOLUTION #77-20
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION
FOR CLIFFORD L. OTTEN (A-705)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Clifford L. Otten
by Resolution #76- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE C' , -Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby noes direct the following
conditions to be met prior to filing of said lot division:
1) Park dedication fees -in -lieu of $150.00.
2) Dedication 7 feet additional right-of-way for County Road #15
over the entire frontage of parcel 3200 (716 feet ±).
3) Utility and drainage easements per the City Engineer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregcing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owutg voted in favor ereof: Manor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils,
awing vo against or abstained:
Whereupon tre Resolution was declared duly pass adopted.
