Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, as Lid on T 3rd day of

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its a tion:
RESOLUTION #77-19
APPROVING LOT DIVISION OF UNPLATTED PROPERTY FOR CLIFFORD L. OTTEN (A-705)
WHEREAS, Clifford L. Otten, 15802 Wayzata Boulevard, Wayzata, MN has requested a
lot division of his unplatted property located at the southeast quadrant of County
Road 15 and Ranchview Lane;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following division and that the
City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based
upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:

Parcel 3200
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
The westerly 110 feet of the following described parcel: Beginning at the Northwest
corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 4, Township 117 North, Range 22 West of the 5th Principal Meridian; thence
North to the Southerly line of County Road No. 15; thence Westerly along said road
line to a point distant 40 feet Easterly from the West line of the Southeast Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 33; thence Southerly to a point on the South
line of aforesaid Section 33 which is 50 feet East from the Southwest corner of said
Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence East to the point of beginning.

Beginning. at the Northwest corner of the Northeast quarter of Northeast
quarter of Northwest quarter of Section 4, Township 117 North, Range 22
West of the 5th Principal Meridian; thence North to Southerly line of
County Road No. 15; thence Westerly along said road line to a point distant
150 feet Easterly from West line of Southeast quarter of Southwest quarter
of said Section 33; thence Southerly to a point in South line of aforesaid
Section 33 which is 160 feet East from Southwest corner of said Southeast
quarter of Southwest quarter; thence East to the point of beginning.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor ereo.: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
