SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION
FOR SANDERS ACKERBERG (A-707)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Sanders Ackerberg
by Resolution #76- ;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be
met prior to filing of said lot division:
Drainage easements as required by the City Engineer be provided
by Petitioner.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by�uncilman Weil and upon vote being taken thereon, the

against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly Wsff and ad1opted.
