Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was Keld on t e 3rd day of
January , 19 77. The following members were present—Prayor Hilde,
-ouncilmen Hunt, Neil Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:

RESOLUTION #77-17
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR UNPLATTED LANDS FOR
SANDERS ACKERBERG (A-707)
WHEREAS, Sanders Ackerberl, 1016 Marquette Avenue, Minneapolis, Minnesota has
requested a lot division of unplatted lands at the Southwest corner of Cheshire
Lane and 25th Avenue North;
AND. WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and
recommends its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following lot division and that
the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
hosed upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:

43727 6530 That part of Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter of
Northwest Quarter lying West of Highway and that part
of North Half of Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter
lying East of West 455 feet thereof and West of
Highway also that part of West 455 feet of North Half
of Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter lying North
of South line of North 35 feet of South Half of North
Half of Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter excepting
roadway. Section 27, Township 118, Range 22,
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
That part of the South Half of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 118, Range 22 West of the 5th Principal
Meridian. lying West of U.S. Interstate Highway No. 494; except the North 35 feet
and the West 455 feet thereof, all according to the United States Government Survey
thereof, and situated in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter

That part of the north half of the north half of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 118, Range 22 West of the 5th Principal
Meridian, lying West of U.S. Interstate Highway No. 494; except the south 35 feet
thereof, all according to the United States Government Survey thereof, and situated
in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon the
