Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota was held an the
3rd day of January 1977 The following member were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its a ption:
RESOLUTION #77-16
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR
VOLP CONSTRUCTION CO. (A-708)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Volp Construction
Company by Resolution #76- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to filing of said lot division:
1) Utility and Drainage Easements per City Engineer.
2) Single combined curb cut to Fernbrook Lane to serve
Parcels A and B.
3) All new utility stubs at owner's expense.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in avor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Mereupon the Resolution was declared duly
