Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Reegu�lar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on ee 3rd day of
January , 19 77. The following members were present:

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-15
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOT FOR
VOLP CONSTRUCTION CO. (A-708)
WHEREAS, Volp Construction Company, 880 Colorado Ave. South, Minneapolis,
55416, has requested a lot division of existing platted parcels within
the City of Plymouth;
AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request
and recommends its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following
division and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary
special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the division
is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat Parcel Lot Block Subdivision
43882 9000 Outlot A Belmar's Industrial Park
To be divided into three new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
That part of Outlot A, BELMAR'S INDUSTRIAL PARK, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
according to the recorded plat thereof, described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Outlot A, thence
on an assumed bearing of North along the west line of said
Outlot A 297.89 feet to the point of beginning; thence East
617.43 feet to the east line of said Outlot A; thence North 0
degrees 16 minutes 09 seconds West along the east line of said
Outlot A 305.89 feet to the northeast corner of said Outlot A;
thence North 89 degrees 58 minutes 21 seconds West along the
north line to said Outlot A 615.99 feet to the northwest corner
of said Outlot A; thence South along the west line of said Outlot A
306.18 feet to the point of beginning.

Parcel B
That part of Outlot A. BELMAR'S INDUSTRIAL PARK, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Outlot A; thence
on an assumed bearing of North along the west line of said
Outlot A 297.89 feet; thence East 500.00 feet, thence South
330.00 feet to the south line of said Outlot A; thence
westerly along the southerly line of said Outlot A to the
point of beginning.
Parcel C
That part of Outlot A, BELMAR'S INDUSTRIAL PARK, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
according to the recorded plat thereof, described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Outlot A; thence
on an assumed bearing of North along the west line of said
Outlot A 297.89 feet; thence East 500.00 feet to the point of
beginning; thence South 330.00 feet to the south line of said
Outlot A; thence East along the south line of said Outlot A
322.40 feet to the southeast comer of said Outlot A; thence
northeasterly 307.21 feet along the southeasterly line of
said Outlot A and also being the westerly line of Cheshire Lane,
to the most easterly corner of said Outlot A; thence North 89
degrees 58 minutes 21 seconds West along the north line of said
Outlot A 234.07 feet to the angle point in said Lot line;
thence North 0 degrees 16 minutes 09 seconds West along the east
line of said Outlot A 24.11 feet to the intersection with a
line that bears East from the point of beginning; thence West
117.43 feet to the point of beginning.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Council Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
