HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1977-0130 CITY OF PLYMDtMi • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the . 3rd day of January , 191L. The following members were present: The followin ers were sent: ryn„Q CoWnci)man Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved itsadoption: RESOLUTION #77-13 APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR VOLP CONSTRUCTION AT NW CORNER OF 21ST AVENUE NORTH AND CHESHIRE LANE (A-708) WHEREAS, Volp Construction has requested site plan approval for an office/ warehouse structure for a general contractor's use to be located at the northwest corner of Cheshire Lane arJ 21st Avenue North; AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Volp Construction for site plan approval for an office/warehouse structure for a general contractor's use to be located at the northwest corner of Cheshire Lane and 21st Avenue North subject to the following conditions: 1) No outdoor storage approved by this site plan action. 2) All storage of waste and waste containers to be within the structure. 3) Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's Memorandum dated December 10, 1976 regarding this project. 4) Provision of site improvements performance security of 150% of the cost of said improvements for a two-year term. 5) Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of $1,195.00 (2.39 x $500/acre) prior to building permit issuance. I The moticn for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favorthereof! Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils_ Seibold and Spaeth 'rhe following voted against or abstained: NonC Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adoptecF.
