The following members were present: it n unt Neils Seibold and S aeth The following mean ers were a sent: one *sa Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 77-12 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF UTILITY EASEMENT WITHIN BLOCK 1, ASPLUND'S OAKWOOD SHORES WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Randy Asplund has petitioned the City Council for vacation of utility easements across Lots 9 and 10, Block 1, Asplund's Oakwood Shores described as follows: The 20 foot utility easement running northwesterly and southeasterly 0 rough Lots 9 and 10, Block 1, Asplund's Oakwood Shores according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Hennepin County. . WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to be in order, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does establish the date of January 31, 1977 at. 7:30 p.m. at the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish said notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol owing voted in tavorthereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, ine toiiowing voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed ard adoptel.
