Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular meeting -,<
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, 'Mirmesota was field on the

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION #77-11
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR STEENBERG STRUCTURES, INC. AT SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
WATERTOWER CIRCLE AND XENIUM LANE (A-709)
WHEREAS, Steenberg Structures, Inc. has requested site plan approval of a
49,920 sq. ft. warehouse structure to be located at the southeast corner of
Watertower Circle and Xenium Lane for an unnamed client of Steenberg;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Steenberg Structures,
Inc. for site plan approval of a 49,920 sq. ft. warehouse structure to be located
at the southeast corner of Watertower Circle and Xenium Lane, subject to the
following conditions:
1. Inclusion of a 5 ton fire lane an the south and east sides of
the structure and water main loop with hydrants at the
southeast and southwest property corners.
2. Compliance with provisions of the City Engineer's Memorandum
regarding this project of December 10, 1976.
3. Payment of Park Dedication Fees in the amount of $1,420.00
prior to building permit issuance.
4. Provision of a two-year security for 150% of the estimated
costs to guarantee external site improvements.
5. Signs and waste storage as per site plan notes of November f2, 1976.
6. All ground surfaces disturbed by construction shall be seeded or
sodded.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman S a e t h and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing w in avor ereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass& and adopted.
