Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-5
ETA AGREEMENT
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that pursuant to statutory authority, the City Engineer for and on behalf of
the City of Plymouth is hereby authorized to request and obtain from the
Minnesota Department of Transportation, needed engineering and technical
services during the year of 1977 for which payment will be made by the City
upon receipt of verified claims from the Commissioner of Highways.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Cou_n.,ciIonn and upon vote being taken thereon, the
