Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. reaul� meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Iwtirmesota was held on the
3rd day of January , 19 77, The following members were
present: Mayor Hi e, councilRen Hunt-, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Spaeth _ introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-3
APPROVING 1977-1979 LABOR CONTRACT
WITH THE PLYMOUTH POLICE ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the City Manager, representing the City, and representatives of
the Plymouth Police Association, have met to negotiate a labor contract
for the bargaining unit represented by the Plymouth Police Association, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager submitted to this City Council the proposed labor
contract which has been negotiated between the City and the Association and
has recommended its approval by the City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the labor contract negotiated betweeen the City
of Plymouth and the Plymouth Police Association for the period of January 1,
1977 through December 31, 1979 be and the same is hereby approved, and
FURTHER, that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the labor
aa:eement on behalf of the City of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
