Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-2
APPROVING AGREEMENT NO. PW50-17-76
COUNTY PROJECT NO. 7344 CITY PROJECT NO. 506 T.H. 101/C.R. 6
WHEREAS, the City Council by resolution has approved County Project No. 7344
(City Project No. 506) said project being the construction of the intersection of
County Road 6 at T.H. 101,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: that the Mayor and Manager are authorized to execute Agreement No.
PW -50-17-76 with Hennepin County for the cost sharing for the improvements on
ESAH No. 6 at the intersection of T.H. 101, County Project No. 7344.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol ow= vote in vorereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
