Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_ regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M— esota was held on the
3rd day of January , 1977 . The following members were
Present: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-1
APPROVING ALIGNMENT, PROFILES, GRADES, CROSS SECTIONS
AND SPECIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL PROVISISONS
PROJECT NO. 506 T.H. 101/C.R. 6
WHEREAS, Plans for Hennepin County Project No. 7344 showing proposed alignment,
profiles, grades and cross sections, together with specifications and special
provisions for the improvement of County State Aid Highway No. 6 within the
limits of the City as a Federal Aid Project have been prepared and presented to
the City,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that said plans, specifications and special provisions be in all things
approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vot in favor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
