Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular meeting of

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
itsadoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-749
APPROVAL OF GARBAGE HAULER LICENSE
WHEREAS, the firm listed below has submitted an application for Garbage
Hauler License to the City Council for approval, in accordance with
Chapter III, Section 14, City Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the application for Garbage Hauler License for the firm
listed below be approved for the license period December 1, 1976
through March 31, 1977.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byand upon vote being taken thereon, the
