Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
20th day of December , 19 76. The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The follo;•iing members were absent: Mayor Hilde
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-746
ESTABLISHING PARKER's LAKE CEMETERY PERPETUAL CARE AND MAINTENANCE FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City's auditors, Moen and Penttila, have recomnende4.the establishment
of a Parker's Lake Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund, and a Parker's Lake Cemetery
Maintenance Fund, and
WHEREAS, the City's auditors have recommended that a policy be established to allocate
the assets of the Parker's Lake Cemetery Fund and all future revenues, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to Implement the procedures necessary to accept
the recortvrendatiors as set forth in the memo dated December 17 from the Finance_
Director.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA A
That a Parker's Lake Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund and a Parker's Lake Cemetery
Maintenance Fund be established, and that the assets of the Parker's Lake Cemetery
Fund, as of December 31, 1975, be allocated to the new funds as recommended by the
Finance Director.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by _ Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken t6hereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen
Seibold and Spaeth

Fthereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
