HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-739•• CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of .the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was el -don the the 7.0th day of December , 19 76. The following members were present: Acting Maynr H�nt� L".o�nrilmen Neilt,_•Saihn1d and Spaeth The fol members were absent: Mayor Hilda Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76- 739 ACCEPTING UTILITIES AND STREETS AND REDUCING BOND GREENTREE WEST ADDITION WHEREAS, Earl Nelson, as developer, has platted the Greentree West Addition and therein dedicated certain streets and pursuant to certain provisions of the City Ordinances and Development Contractor No. A-468 dated May 5, 1975, have undertaken to construct certain streets and utilities within said plat, and WHEREAS, the developer has requested that his development bond be reduced to reflect the completed miscellaneous work, WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected said work, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY.COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, .MINNESOTA: 1. That the developer's letter of credit in the amount of $162,911.00 be reduced to $28,043.44 to reflect the completed work and include $5,643.44 of assessments covering parcel 2025 plat 43719. 2. That the developer furnish the City of Plymouth a new letter of credit in the amount of $28,043.44 and that.it remain in effect until such time that all work is completed satisfactorily. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth _ The following voted against or abstained: None Vhereupon_the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
