Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota war held on the
20th day of December , 19 76. The following members were
present: Acting Ma or Hunt Councilmen Neils Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-737
SETTING CONDITION TO ASSESSMENT ABATEMENT
LOT 11, BLOCK 7, BEACON HEIGHTS 2ND ADDITION.
WHEREAS, Marvin A. Larson, owner of Lot 11, Block 7, Beacon Heights 2nd Addition,
has requested an abatement of the special assessments on said property, and_
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed said request and recommends approval,
NOW THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the request for the abatement of special assessments on Lot 11,
Block 7, Beacon Heights 2nd Addition is hereby approved subject to the following
condition:
1. That an easement for drainage purposes as per the City Engineer's recommendation
be executed by the property owner prior to the assessment abatement being filed
with the County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
