Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
20th day of DCcember , 19_jA. The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Hunt Councilmen Neils Seibold and SnaPth

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76- 736
ABATING ASSESSMENTS
LOT 11; BLOCK 7, BEACON HEIGHTS 2ND ADDITION
PLAT 43881 PARCEL 5400
WHEREAS, Plat 43881 Parcel 5400 (Lot 11, Block 7, Beacon Heights 2nd Addition) -has.
been assessed for sewer and water lateral charges, sewer and water area and connection
charges under levies 3677,5332, and 5602, and
WHEREAS, the property is low land and has a pond ex sting on the lot thereby
making the property unbuildable,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Plat 43881 Parcel 5400 (Lot 11, Block 7, Beacon Heights 2nd Addition)
is an unbuildable lot and that the assessments levied against the property as follows
be abated:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Ngils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
