Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of .the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
20th day of December , 19 76. The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Hunt, ounce men 11—eels, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: 19dyur
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76- 733
AUTHORIZING SOIL BORINGS FOR CENTRAL PARK
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the concept plan for tentoal Park, and
WHEREAS, because the wide variety of soils in the area make it necessary for
said borings to be taken in order to assure compatibility with proposed land
development and usage,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH1,
MINNESOTA that the Engineering Department is authorized to employ a soils testing
company to .take the necessary soil borings for Central Park.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
1pby Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: _Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
