S. POSTAL SERVICE WITHIN DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH (A-94) WHEREAS, the U. S. Postal Service has requested a site utilization plan review and approval by the City of Plymouth to locate at the northeast corner of 34th Avenue North and Niagara Lane; AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of the U. S. Postal Service for a site utilization plan for a Plymouth branch of the U. S. Postal Service to be located at the northeast corner of 34th Avenue North and Niagara Lane subject 10 to the following condition: Prior to building permit issuance, the landscape plan for the site be presented to the Planning Commission for recommendation and the City Council for approval. An additional curb cut on the st side of the sidewalk on 34th Avenue North be provided for an entrance only, with a right-hand turning lane on 34th Avenue North.
