Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, umesota was helT on the
13th day of December , 1976 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hi de Counci men Hunt—Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were sent: None
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
itsadoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-728A
DECLARING OUTLOT A, AMBER WOODS (EXCEPT TRAIL)
AS SURPLUS AND NOT NEEDED FOR PARK PURPOSES (A-379)
WHEREAS, the Plymouth administrative staff and PRAC have recommended disposition
of Outlot A, Amber Woods (except trail) as surplus and not needed for park
purpo,.es;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that said property is surplus and not needed for park purposes.
FURTHER, to hold a public hearing Jan—Ary 17, 1977 on the question of making the
property available to a purchaser.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol g vot in favor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
