Co. 29,900 200 450 1,700 No Charge Gopher Elec. 32,847 260 620 2,050 +$400 Commonwealth Elec. 36,900 300 590 2,340 +$1,500 and; WHEREAS, the Fire Station Building Committee has recommended deducting Alternates Number E-3 and E-4; and WHEREAS, it appears that after considering the alternate deductions,Conserva- tion Systems, Incorporated, is the lowest responsible bidder, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCTL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: W W Resolution #76-720 Page 2 1. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into contract with Conservation Systems, Incorporated, for the improvements outlined heretofore according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk in the amount of $23,312. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forth- with to all bidders the deposits made with their bids except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
