Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s ecial meeting of the City
Oouncil of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota. was held on t1W 13th day of

AWARDING BID FOR ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION
OF FIRE STATION NUMBER TWO

WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bias for the electrical construction
of Fire Station Number Two, bids were received, opened and tabulated accordilig to
law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, the Fire Station
Building Committee has
recommended
deducting
Alternates Number E-3 and E-4;
and
WHEREAS, it appears that
after considering the alternate
deductions,Conserva-
tion Systems, Incorporated, is
the lowest responsible
bidder,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY
RESOLVED
BY THE CITY COUNCTL
OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:

1. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
enter into contract with Conservation Systems, Incorporated, for
the improvements outlined heretofore according to the plans and
specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on
file in the office of the City Clerk in the amount of $23,312.
The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forth-
with to all bidders the deposits made with their bids except that
the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder
shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
