Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
13th day of December , 19 76. The following members were
present. Mayor Hi de, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and woved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-713
AUTHORIZING ABATEMENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
44157-3010 GLEN ERIE ADDITION
WHEREAS, a certain parcel owned by Hennepin County is being utilized for highway
purposes,
WHEREAS, the City has levied special assessments for sewer improvements on said
parcel, and
WHEREAS, based on M.S.A. Section 435.19, Subdivision 1, wherein all lands used or
to be used for highway purposes are exempt for assessments except for storm sewer,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the assessments on the following parcel is"hereby abated:
PLAT PARCEL LEVY NO. 6 DESCRIPTION AMOUNT
44157 3010 4432 Kilmer Lane Sewer $717.60
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against =xxtxRkRUARtd: Councilmen Neils and Hunt
V.hereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
