Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
13th day of December _, 19 76. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt- Neils, Seihnld and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Nnnp

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76- 712
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
STREET LIGHTING SCHMIDT LAKE WEST ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted November 15, 1976, a report
has been prepared with reference to the improvement of the Schmidt Lake West Addition
plat by the installation of custom residential street lighting and this report was
received by the Council on December 13, 1976, and
WHEREAS, the owner of 100% of the property has waived his right to public improvement
and special assessment hearings,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of
real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
November 15, 1976. The petitioner has waived his rights to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He
shall goordinate the work which will be done by the Wright -Hennepin Electric
Cooperative Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Seihnld
and Rpaeth
