The following members were present: MMaayvgr Hi1de� Councilma:i Hunt- Nails-Sgihnl and $pgath The follow members be sent: N„np RRR RRR RRR Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #76-711 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF LANCASTER LANE BETWEEN LANCASTLR LANE AS NOW CONSTRUCTED AND COUNTY ROAD 9 AS NOW CONSTRUCTED; NATHAN LANE BETWEEN NATHAN LANE AS NOW CONSTRUCTED AND COUNTY ROAD 9 AS NOW CONSTRUCTED; AND COUNTY ROAD 9 BETWEEN LANCASTER LANE AND COUNTY ROAD 18 (A-683) WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Metram Properties has petitioned the City Council for vacation of Lancaster Lane between Lancaster Lane as now constructed and County Road 9 as now constructed, Nathan Lane between Nathan Lane as now constructed and County Road 9 ,.s now constructed and County Road 9 between Lancaster Lane and County Road 18; AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to be in or0r; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MiNNESOIA that it should and hereby does establish the date of January 3, 1977 at 7:30 p.m. at the Council Chambers, Public Works Building, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition, and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
