Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, mir—nesota was held — the
13th day of December , 19 76. The following members were
present: a nr jde_ Counci�l1mmeen Hunt. Neils. Seibold and Soaet.h

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 709
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SALE OF LUMBER AND FIREWOOD FOR
°ICTOR SORENSON (A-694)
WHEREAS, Victor Sorenson, 18240 Highway #55, Hamel, Minnesota, has requested
a Conditional Use Permit to sell salvage lumber and firewood at his residence
located at the northeast corner of Urbandale Court and State Highway #55;
AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and
recommends its denial;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve petitioner's request for a
Conditional Use Permit to sell salvage lumber and firewood at his residence, with
a one year termination of said Permit.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vojR in avor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
