Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnegota was held on the
13th day of December , 1976 . The following members were

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
itsadoption:
RESOLUTION #76-707
DENYING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR 60 FT. WIND GENERATOR FOR ROLF ERICKSON (A-701)
WHEREAS, Rolf Erickson has requested a condit;onal use permit to erect a 60 ft.
wind generator at his residence, 14520 -12th Avenue North;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has made recom-
mendations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does deny the request of Rolf Erickson for a
conditional use permit to erect a 60 ft. wind generator at his residence, 14520-
12th Avenue North, based upon the following:
1. The site is of inadequate size for the proposed tower.
2. The placement of the tower on the lot as proposed would introduce a constraint
on the property to the west.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by C.Ouncil, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
