Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_ s ecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota was held on the
13th day of December , 19 76. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-705
APPROVING ADOPTION OF CENTRAL PARK CONCEPT PLAN FOR DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH (A-94)
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed the alternative
Concept Plans as presented by the consultants for the project, Wehrman Chapman
Associates, Inc., and dated December 2, 1976;
AND, WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission recommends adoption of
a modified version of Scheme 3 for said plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve and adopt the recommended modified
version of Scheme 3 as presented by the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission
and prepared by Wehrman Chapman Associates, Inc. for the Central Park Concept Plan
to be located in Downtown Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Cpijnr i I ma and upon vote being taken thereon, the
