HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-704• CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the 11th day of December , 19 76. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent.: None. Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-704 APPROVING ADOPTION OF CITY HALL STRUCTURE CONCEPT PLAN FOR DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the alternative Concept Plans as presented by the architects for the project, Thorsen & Thorshov Associates, Inc., and dated December 1, 1976, and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommends adoption of Concept Plan C for said structure, and WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the various Concept Plans and has concluded that Concept Plan C1 best meets the desires of this Council; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve and adopt Concept Plan C1 as presented by the architects, Thorsen & Thorshov Associates, Inc. for the City Hall structure to be located in Downtown Plymouth. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the f;alowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
