The following members were present: Mavnr Hilde, Councilman Saihnld an th - The following members were absent: ounce en un and Neils Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-702 REPORT SUPPLEMENT DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH UTILITIES WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76-658, accepting, the preliminary engineering report for streets and utilities in the Downtown Plymouth, area,'and WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 76-658 also directed the engineer to include the streets, sanitary sewer, water main and storm sewer cost estimates for the extension of 34th Avenue from the east line of Plymouth Center Addition to Fernbrook Lane, and this should be an amendment to the original report, and WHEREAS, said amendment entitled 34th Avenue Supplement was received by the Council on December 6, 1976, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, . MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the 34th Avenue Supplement together with the original report and its improvement of such property in accordance with said report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of a. Original Report $ 1;467,825.00 b. 34th Avenue Supplement 532,620.00 Total $ Z,000,445M 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 13th day of December, 1976 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building 14900 23rd Avenue North and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded ' by Councilman SPiholc , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thertof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth and The following voted against or abstained:Nnna Whereupon the Resolution was decla,ed duly passed and adopted.
