Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of .the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was field on the the
. 6th day of December , 1916—. The following members were
present:
The following members were absent: C809ciYanignf`Hunt and Neils.
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76 - 699
BOND REDUCTION TIBURON ADDITION
WHEREAS, Metro Development Corporation, developer of the Tiburon" Addition, has
completed the replacement of curb sections within the plat of the Tiburon Addition,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the deposit placed with the City of Plymouth in the amount of
$6,000.00 (Home Federal Savings f1 Losin Check #906464) is hereby reduced to $5,000.00
to reflect the completed work.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Seibold
and Cnaafih
The Fallowing voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
