Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
. 6th day of December , 1976 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Seihnld and Snaeth
The follo=wing members were absent: Councilnen Hunt and Neils
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-698
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR ESSE&,GONSTRUCTION (A-447)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Essex Construction by -
Resolution #76 -
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 'OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Provision of a 6 ft. drainage and utility easement on each side of new
property lines.
. 2. Additional water and sewer service for the property as required be put in
at owner's expense and the REC charges be paid at the time of building
permit issuance.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Seihold

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
