Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, tlinnesota was field on the the

present: M m r Hilde. Councilmen Seibold and Spawth
The following members were absent: Councilmen Hunt and Neils
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and n,�Jveo
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 697
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR ESSEX CONSTRUCTION FOR PLATTED PARCELS (A-447)
WHEREAS, Essex Construction has requested a division and consoliaetion of platted
parcels within, the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following division and consolida-
tion and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City policy when the division and consolidation is approved by
Hennepin County:
Plat Parcel Lot Block Addition
44600 2560 7,8,9 4 Suburbandale on Parkers Lake

ALSO, Vacated one-half of 11th Avenue North
To be consolidated and divided into new lots as follows:
Parcel A
Lots 7, 8, 9, 17 and 18, Block 4, Suburbandale on Parkers Lake and the vacated one-half
of 11th Avenue North.
Parcel B
Lots 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16, Block 4, Suburbandale on Parkers Lake and the
vacated one-half of 11th Avenue North.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
follo:ring voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Seibold
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
