Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
6th day of December , 19 76. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmen Hunt and NPiic
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-696
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION
FOR EDWIN TOLKKINEN (A-703) -
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Edwin Tolkkinen
by Resolution H76- ;
NO11, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to filing of said lot division:
1) Provision of 6 foot drainage and utility easement.
2) That additional water and sewer service fof the property as
required be put in at owner's expense and the REC charges be
paid at the time of building permit application.
3) A Park Dedication fee of $150 for the new created lot be paid to
the City prior to building permit issuance.
The mation for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:Mavor Hilde, Councilmen Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
