Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City

APPROVING SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR WRICO STAMPING (A-694)

WHEREAS, Wrico Stamping has requested a site plan and conditional use permit approval
for a 48,194 sq. ft. structure to be used for manufacturing, warehousing and related
office space to be located at the west side of Niagara Lane at 27th Avenue North;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Wrico Stamping
for a site plan and conditional use permit for a 48,194 sq. ft. structure to be used
for manufacturing, warehousing and related office space to be located at the west
side of Niagara Lane and 27th Avenue North subject to the following conditions:
1. Storage of waste and waste containers only as depicted on the site plan with said
area to be completely screened.
2. All site surfaces disturbed by construction shall be seeded or sodded.
3. Fire lane shall be dust -free, either asphalt or equally dust -free alternate.
4. Yard sign shall be set back 20 ft. from the property line.
5. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of $3,250 (6.5 acres X $500/acre).
6. Performance security for site improvements to equal 150% of the cost of said
improvements and 'termed for two years.
7. Incorporation of those features specified by the City Engineer's memorandum of
November 10, 1976 regarding this project.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
oi�llm�ing vote3 In avor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstain : None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
