Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
. 6th day of December , 19 76 . The following members were
present: Mayor—P—irde, ounce men eibol-d—and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmen Hunt and Neils
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-691
VACATION OF EASEMENTS
SCHIEBE'S OAKWOOD ADDITION
WHEREAS, the plat of Schiebe's Oakwood Addition included certain utility easements,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has concluded that these easements are not required in
their current locations,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the utility easements shown on attached Exhibit A are hereby
vacated.
The ii;otion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Lot 1, Block 1 Schiebe's Oakwood Addition
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 1, Block 1; thence East along
the Southerly line of said Lot 1, a d4stance of 190.00 feet; thence deflecting
to the left 150 and continuing on the Southerly line of said Lot 1, a
distance of 92.00 feet; thence deflecting to the left 900 for a distance of 25
feet to the actual point of beginning; thence continuing on the previously
described line a distance of 115.00 feet; thence deflecting to the right 900
for a distance of 20.00 feet; thence deflecting tg the right 900 for a distance
of 115.00 feet; thence deflecting to the right 90 for a distance of 20.00 feet to
the actual point of beginning.

left 900 for a distance of 25 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence
continuing along the previously described line for a distance of 145.00 feet;
thence deflecting to the right 900 for a distance of 20.00 feet; thence deflecting
to the right 900 for a distance of 145.00 feet; thence deflecting to the right
900 for a distance of 20.00 feet to the actual point of beginning.

Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 3, Block 1; thence Easterly
along the Northerly line of said Lot 3, a distance of 297.00 feet to the actual
point of beginning; thence deflecting to the right 870 30' for a distance of
176.00 feet; thence deflecting to the ri9ht 900 for a distance of 20.00 feet;
thence deflecting to the tight 900 for a distance of 176.00 feet to the North
line of said Lot 3; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of said Lot 3
to the actual point of beginning.

HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in Plymouth,
Minnesota, on Monday, the 6th day of December, 1976, at 7:30
o'clock P.M.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Seibold and Spaeth,
and the following were absent: Councilmen Hunt and Neils.
