C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2020-217
R ESOLUTION A UTHORIZING C ONTRACT WITH C ARTEGRAPH FOR S OFTWARE AND S ERVICES
WHEREAS, the City utilizes Cartegraph software to maintain the asset management program;
and
WHEREAS, the City accesses See Click Fix software through an agreement and integration with
Cartegraph; and
WHEREAS, the City would like to continue using the software services for the next three years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the contract agreement is approved and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to execute said agreement.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 28th day of July, 2020.
