HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2020-206 C ITY OF P LYMOUTH R ESOLUTION N O. 2020-206 R ESOLUTION A PPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT A GREEMENT FOR RETAINING WALLS, STEPS, TH AND PATIOS ON P ROPERTY L OCATED AT 11625 26 A VENUE N ORTH WHEREAS, a request was received to approve an encroachment agreement allowing reconstruction of existing retaining walls and the addition of steps and a patios within drainage th easement at 11625 26 Avenue North; and WHEREAS, the owner’s properties are legally described as: Lot 12, Block 3, Chippewa Trails and Outlot C Chippewa Trails 2nd Addition. WHEREAS, the encroachment agreement permits only the retaining walls, steps, and patios within the easement and all related facilities must still meet all applicable City codes; and WHEREAS, as stated in the encroachment agreement, if the City requests that the structure needs to be removed in the future, it will be at the property owners’ expense. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the encroachment agreement allowing the retaining walls, patio, and steps within th drainage easements located at 11625 26 Avenue North is approved. APPROVED by the City Council on this 28th day of July, 2020.
