R ESOLUTION N O. 2020-199
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING L EASE R ENEWAL A GREEMENT
WITH T-M OBILE C ENTRAL LLC
FOR W ATER T OWER LOCATED AT 4000 C OUNTY R OAD 101
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously adopted a policy statement regarding the use of City
owned land for wireless telecommunication antennas and towers; and
WHEREAS, the City is currently entered into a lease agreement with T-Mobile Central LLC for
telecommunication equipment installed at the water tower located at 4000 County Road 101; and
WHEREAS, said agreement was entered into on July 25, 2000 and expires on July 31, 2020; and
WHEREAS, T-Mobile Central LLC has requested to renew the lease beginning on July 31, 2020
with terms outlined in the first amendment to the agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the lease renewal agreement with T-Mobile Central LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability
Company, for the water tower located at 4000 County Road 101 is approved and the Mayor and City
Manager are authorized to execute the agreement.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 28th day of July, 2020.
