Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the the

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its 2coption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-687
AUTHORIZING NO PARKING SIGNS
24TH AVENUE

WHEREAS, in order to facilitate the safe movement of traffic it is desirous
to have No Parking signs installed on 24th Avenue between Annapolis Lane and
Xenium Lane,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CIT' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City Engineer is authorized to post No Parking signs on
both sides of 24th Avenue between Annapolis Lane and Xenium Lane.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: councilmen Hunt, Neils_ Seibold

Ltereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
