HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-684• CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the 15th day of November , 19 76. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent:__ None_ Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-684 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING MISSION RIDGE THIRD ADDITION,MISSION HILLS PARK ADDITION AND MISSION HILLS PARK SECONY ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted October 18, 1976, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of the Mission Ridge Third Addition, Mission Hills Park Addition and Mission Hills Park Second Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on November 15, 1976, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvement. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted October 18, 1976. The petitioner has waived his right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman SPihold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fo.lowing voted in fa:ror thereof: Councilmen Hunt Saihold and S,an eth The following voted against or abstained: Councilman Neils; Mayor Hilde not present for Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. vote.
