Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_ regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
15th day of November , 1976 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION # 76-682
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission, with the assistance
of Staff and the firm of Beckman, Yoder and Associates, has prepared a Trails System
Plan for the City of Plymouth;
AND, WHEREAS, pursuant to State Statute MSA 462.355 the Plymouth Planning Commission
has held a Public Hearing on said Plan and has recommended its adoption with amendment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does adopt said Trails System Plan in the draft
dated pursuant to provisions of said State
Statute.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by CouncilmanSpaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayr Hilde- CounrilmPn Hunt _
The fo owing voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
