Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
15th day of November , 19 76 . The following members were
present: Mayor H11de. ounce men paetTi—Seibold, Neils, and Hunt
The following members were absent: none
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION # 681
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR KILMER AND CIRCLE PARKS
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Council has adopted a 1976 Capital Improvements
Program for Parks dated May 24, 1976, and;
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission has recommended that
plans and specifications be prepared for the two neighborhood parks as
follow: Kilmer, Circle.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that -it should and hereby does authorize and direct
the City Manager to enter into a contract for the preparation of said
plans and specifications with the firm Wehrman, Chapman Associates, Inc.
FURTHER, be it resolved that the amount of $1,276 be, and the same hereby
is, appropriated from the Park Dedication Fund (205 000 502) to the 1976
Neighborhood Park Construction Accounts when design of drainage ways is
satisfactorily completed on Kilmer and Circle Parks for preparation of
construction plans and specifications and associated topographical surveys:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold
Neils and Hunt
The following vcted against or abstained• none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
