HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-680CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and noti-e thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the 15th day of November , 1976 . The following members were present: Mayor i de, Councilmen _Hunt, _Neils, _Seibold and Spaeth The following members absent: None Councilman Hunt_ introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #76- 680 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PRELIMINARY PLAN FOR RPUD 76-3 FOR CENTURION COMPANY (A-208) WHEREAS, Centurion Company has requested preliminary plat and conditional use permit for preliminary plan approval for RPUD 76-3 for 246 units, 228 patio home attached units and 18 single family lots, located at the northwest corner of Vicksburg Lane and -the Luce Line Trail; AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said requests and recommends approval thereof; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Centurion Company for preliminary plat and conditional use permit for preliminary plan approval for RPUD 76-3 for 246 units, 228 patio home attached units and 18 single family lots located at the northwest corner of Vicksburg Lane and the Luce Line Trail subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum of October 26, 1976. 2. Park Dedication shall consist of Outlots B and C (1.1 acres), Storm Water Drainage credit (1.16 acres) and'fees-in-lieu in the amount of $15,322.30• 3. Final plat submissions shall include a plan for screening the visual impact of the project from 9th Avenue North by way of landscaping on the Luce Line Trail right-of-way in cooperation with the 'Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. 4. rinal plat submissions shall include a complete copy of the perma-lease document referred to in petitioner's current submissions. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
