Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, 6linnesota was held on the the
15th day of November , 19 76. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-678
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR DARKENWALD REAL ESTATE TO OPERATE
REAL ESTATE OFFICE IN AN I-1 ZONING DISTRICT (A-575)
WHEREAS, Darkenwald Real Estate has requested a conditional use permit renewal to
continue operation of a real estate office in an I-1 Zoning District;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commissiom has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Darkenwald Zeal Estate
for a conditional use permit renewal to continue operation of a real estate office
in an I-1 Zoning District subject to the following conditions:
Permit be for one year.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt
Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
