Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
15th day of November , 1976 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent:_ None
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-677
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR FORESTVIEW COMMUNITY HOMES (A-503)
WHEREAS, Forestview Community Home has requested a conditional use -permit renewal
to continue operation of a Group Home for retarded children at St. Mary's of the Lake
Church, 115 Forestview Lane;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Forestview Community
Home for a conditional use permit renewal to continue operation of a Group Home
for retarded children at St. Mary's of the Lake Church, 115 Forestview Lane subject
to the following conditions:
1. Renewal of the permit for one year only.
2. No more than 16 children be housed at the facility without further review.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Maynr Hilde, Councilman Hunt
Neils. Seibold and Snaath
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
